  • How long does shipping take?

With ground shipping most items take 3-7 Business days from purchase date to receive unless stated otherwise in their description. International orders may take longer.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information, you may track your package using USPS.COM 

  • Can I Return my order?

Orders can be returned within 3 Business days after package has been received.

  • How do I Return or Exchange my order?

Absolutely NO REFUNDS! All items are to be sent back in its original condition with all tags attached within 3 days of receiving for exchange or store credit ONLY. Upon arrival, all items are inspected for approval or denial.  Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Lingerie are FINAL SALE. Please contact support@runwayluxedoll.com to start the return or exchange process within timeframe listed.

We ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping takes 5-7 Business Days! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number. Orders over $200 may require a signature at the time of delivery.International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Lux Runway isn't responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
